In addition to on-site medical services, we also can aid those seeking skilled nursing care for respite and short-term accommodations needs and rehabilitation services for physical, speech and occupational therapy.
Continued rehabilitation services
Once you or your family member reach the highest level of independence, you can return home with the security of knowing you can continue at our location on an outpatient basis. Continuing your rehabilitation on an outpatient basis will allow you to work with the same therapists and maintain consistency in your rehabilitation program.
Secured memory support unit
Harrison House of Snow Hill provides residents with a memory disorder a secure living environment that supports independence. We provide our memory care residents with an environment filled with warmth and support to help maintain a happy and safe lifestyle.
Hospice care
We help to improve the quality of life for those seeking hospice care. You or your family member will receive compassionate care and be treated with the utmost dignity when entering the last stages of an incurable disease. Our focus will be on supportive and palliative care, which will focus on relieving your symptoms, but not curing the disease.
Transportation services
