Harrison Senior Living is thrilled to announce that we are certified as a Great Place to Work by our employees. This is the fourth year in a row that we have retained this badge. The survey was open to all our employees. About 77% of our employees feel that Harrison Senior Living is a Great Place to Work compared to the Industry benchmark which is 57%. About 86% of the employees feel that this is more than just a job. 84% feel that when they join the company, they were made to feel welcome. 83% feel sense of Pride in what they accomplish here at Harrison Senior Living and 89% feel that this is a physically safe place to work.
